Portland Utilities Construction will be repairing the sewer main under I-20 Expressway. This project will increase the capacity of the sewer system addressing Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) issues, thereby protecting the environment and residents. The existing pipe will be replaced using the Pipe Bursting procedure.
